Municipal Court COVID-19 Notice

Things to know while the court is closed due to the COVID-19 concerns.

  • Entrance to the Municipal Court and/or Municipal Court Clerk’s office shall be subject to the Administrative Order issued by the 30th Judicial Circuit Court on March 16, 2020 suspending all in-person proceedings until April 3, 2020. 
  • The court clerk’s office is closed.  The clerk is available to accept payments and assist you with any questions you may have at the City Hall Building, drive up window during the following hours.  
    • Monday  from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday  from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
    • Friday from 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
  • Questions can also be addressed through e-mail to the clerk at 
  • If you have not pled your case out, you will be rescheduled for a future date.   You will be notified by mail, or you can check for updates on casenet.  https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/base/welcome.do 
  • You may still plead out most cases and pay any applicable fines through the court clerk. 
  • You cannot pay your fine online if you have not plead out your case.  
  • If you have pled out your case and are on a payment plan, you are still required to make your payments monthly through the court clerk, or by paying online through casenet.  If you make an online payment, please contact the court clerk so your case can be updated.    https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/base/welcome.do
