The City of Marshfield is accepting bids for the rental of approximately eight (8) acres of land, located at 3800 N. Marshall Road, and approximately twelve (12) acres of land located just north and west of the Tommy MacDonnell Aquatic Center on North Elm Street from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.   The total acreage is approximately twenty (20) acres. The land is being offered for the purpose of mowing and harvesting hay only.  The City reserves the right to use the existing roadway through the N. Marshall property along the East edge for the existing Compost Site during the rental period.

Bidders are notified that the 3800 N. Marshall property is currently used for spreading sludge from the Wastewater Treatment Facility according to MoDNR specifications and guidelines during the rental period.

Sealed bids will be received at Marshfield City Hall, 798 S. Marshall, until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday December 6, 2023.  Award of bid will be made by the Board of Aldermen.
