Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for The Marshfield City Hall Addition and Renovation will be received at the Marshfield City Hall, June 1, 2023, until 2:00pm. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Marshfield City Hall. Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company.

The Marshfield City Hall Addition and Renovation consists of approximately 4,343 sq.ft. of renovated area and 1,952 sq.ft. of addition of office space that features a new drive-up window and canopy along with building, parking, and drive upgrades.

 The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality on all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days.

All bidders must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation in a federal work authorization program and stating that the bidder does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S. The contractor must comply with current Prevailing Wage laws and other statutory regulations as referred to in the specifications. This project is tax exempt.

Substantial Completion: All work for this project shall be substantially completed by May 31, 2024.
